Description
ABOUT THIS WORK
A suspended geometric formation hovers above a low architectural field, creating a scene that feels equally like a distant city, an excavated landscape and an unknown structure. The restrained mineral palette keeps the image quiet while the perspective gives it a strong sense of depth. This early work establishes one of the recurring visual tensions of Enūma Eliš: an ordered human ground confronted by a form whose scale and function remain unresolved.
