During my first year being part of a meditation group, I had to face many obstacles to stay focused on my objective, being my best self every day. There were many situations when I had to analyze what were my triggers and reevaluate my priorities. Accepting that I had issues was the gift of sincerity I discovered. I decided to change my behavior and work on my character defects, consequently, I felt like a chameleon walking on a different branch every day.
