Description
The boat line drawing took 23hours to complete, between the first, second line drawing, then it was then scanned and photoshopped to be able to zoom in, make the lines even more perfect.
I printed it and colored the inside of the boat by hand, made an airbrushed background separately then fused both digitally. Three other one-of-a-kind Arlequin Stockholm Steamboats are available as well (Blidösund, Storskär, and Västan), only 50 prints available for each one.

The Norrskär is a steamship that was built in 1910 in Gothenburg. She was originally named Sandhamns Express and traded between Stockholm and Sandhamn in the Stockholm archipelago. She was sold to Waxholmsbolaget in 1947 and gained her current name in 1949. The Norrskär is today one of the Waxholmsbolaget’s classic fleet, alongside Storskär and Blidösund.
Norrskär has been in regular traffic in the archipelago since she was built. Today, along with Vaxholmsbolaget’s other classic ships, she is in regular traffic between May and September, serving the route from Stockholm to Vaxholm and other central archipelago islands.
