Partner Agreement Page – CAE

Charity Art Expo is organized By Alexis Stefan Colard every 6 months in various locations. Usually the space is 2,500 square meters on one floor, it can receive up to 1,000 guests spread over 5 rooms from 12.00 to 18.00. During the event, there is a Fashion Show, Live Singers, Dancers and more. Also The Maritza Pahanic Excellence Award will be received by three Exhibitors.

1/ PURPOSE:

The company and the organizer will exchange artists / exhibitors, as CAE is a platform for growth on both sides. The organizer promises the company to be advertised in correlation with the next CAE and Books. The company will receive a 10% discount on table/wall rental, and can make a speech on stage between 12.30 and 13.00 to present their organization. When becoming a sponsor, the company will have a page describing its organization in the Book/Catalogue, its logo on the CAE website and on the logo wall for pictures,will be quoted in magazines and websites, will be added to the list of partners in the Press Release and other marketing materials that will be sent out to all the newspapers and media outlets.

2/ RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY:

The company shall attract new exhibiting artists, and partners by spreading the good word about CAE. The company is encouraged to contribute with a 90€ = 900sek donation minimum to Swish 1235853254 or transfer to BG5481-6855. The company shall invite their members, customers and friends to purchase entrance tickets via their Affiliate link, to be sent out after submitting this Agreement. If wanted, the company will make 50% commission on every ticket they sell through their dedicated Billetto Smart Link. They will share it via text message, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc in order to bring people to the event.

3/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORGANIZER:

When becoming a sponsor, CAE will showcase the company via its email to his list of 13562 subscribers working in real-estate, politics, banks, architecture, design, art etc,,, plus 1000+ emails of previous visitors of his events. Also the company will gain exposure on ‘Art Exhibitions in Stockholm’ and ‘Diary Of A French Artist in Stockholm’ Facebook groups with 1000+ members, each. The company will get coverage on YourLivingCity.com website, The Designer Magazine, and other publications.
