Exhibition Details:

• Location: Skrapan next to Rituals, Götgatan 76, 118 30 Stockholm
• Exhibition Setup: 10.00 to 12.00
• Exhibition Take Down: 17.00 to 19.00
• Opening Hours: 10.00-19.00.

Included in Participation:

1. Certificate of participation.
2. Advertisement of your participation to 10,000+ emails of professionals working in real estate, politics, interior design, and other industries.
3. Exhibition at the prestigious Skrapan building with 39000 visitors weekly.
4. An individual Swish QR code for sales registration.
5. Staff members opening and sitting in the CAGallery.

Sales and Commission:

• 10% goes to the Charity of the buyers choice, 10% to CAG, and the Artist will be paid 80% of the sale within a week after the event

Terms and Conditions:

1. Wall Installation: You will be provided with a wall space. You must install your artworks between 10.00-12.00 noon.
2. Presence: The artist can choose to be in the Gallery at the Vernissage, one day or not at all.
3. Sales Management: CAG will handle all sales, customer interactions, and inquiries during the exhibition if the artist is not present.
4. Responsibility: The artist is responsible for ensuring their artwork is appropriately displayed and labeled. CAG has the right to select the artworks presented.
5. Payments: no commission for performers if they only use the front gallery, if they use the back the costs is the same with 20% commission extra. For the artists exhibiting their art, its 10% commission transferred to the Charity chosen by the buyer, and 10% to CAG. The artist will receive their funds via Bank Transfer within a week following the event.
6. De-installation: between 17.00 and 19.00. All artworks must be taken down by the exhibitor. CAG will not hold on to the artworks for any period.
7. Damages: the artist is responsible for the furniture rented with the local. He will replace or reimburse what he breaks, he will not make holes in the walls, and will keep the walls white or repaint them if damaged.
8. Force Majeure: in case of major problems, if Skrapan does not reimburse CAG, CAG cannot reimburse the exhibitor. Neither Landlord nor Tenant shall be responsible or liable for delays in the performance of its obligations hereunder when caused by, related to, or arising out of acts of God, sinkholes or subsidence, strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, embargoes, quarantines, weather, national, regional, or local disasters, calamities, or catastrophes, inability to obtain labor or materials (or reasonable substitutes therefor) at reasonable costs or failure of, or inability to obtain, utilities necessary for performance, governmental restrictions, orders, limitations, regulations, or controls, national emergencies, delay in issuance or revocation of permits, enemy or hostile governmental action, terrorism, insurrection, riots, civil disturbance or commotion, fire or other casualty, and other causes or events beyond their reasonable control.
9. Images: The organizer has the right to reproduce and/or authorize the reproduction of photographs and images submitted under this agreement. The exhibitors consent to the reproduction of images for promotional purposes – through print, photography, video and broadcast – that depict CAG, book/catalogue of the artworks, the artists themselves and details. The exhibitors consent to the organizer using the above images, and images of the artworks in situ in the gallery, for use in the catalogue, website, video and social media.
10. Shipping: The artist is responsible for extra shipping fees, round trip, if the artworks are sent via mail / post. If the artworks are printed and framed at CAG, the artists is responsible for shipping them for an extra fee of 1600sek payable by Swish or Bank Transfer.
11. Termination: reimbursement is not possible, but transfer to another week or CAExpo is, depending on availability.
