3. Contact List Usage & Legal Compliance
The contact details provided as part of this package are intended solely for the Client’s personal, legitimate networking and promotional outreach related to their artistic career.

The Provider does not guarantee that such contact information falls outside GDPR or other privacy regulations in the Client’s jurisdiction.
By accepting this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for ensuring their outreach complies with all applicable laws, including GDPR.
The Provider is not liable for any misuse, unlawful contact, or privacy complaints arising from the Client’s use of the provided information.
The lists are provided “as is” for informational and networking purposes only and do not constitute solicitation or marketing advice.

4. Payment & Delivery

The fee for this package is a one-time payment of €497$
All digital training materials, contact lists, and other deliverables will be provided electronically within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
Due to the digital nature of the package, no refunds will be issued after delivery.
When selling an artwork on the website Artsy, the Client will receive 70% of the sales price one month after operation ( 10% for Artsy, 10% for Charity and 10% for C.A.G.) The shipping price will be added on top of the sales price by the website and the artist will ship the Art.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Provider’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for this package.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Stockholm District Court.

7. Acceptance
By signing below, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Confidentiality

The participant may not share the sales concepts and this agreement with other companies and individuals.

Recommended length: 800-1,000 characters (~120 words). Use concise and accessible language for those less familiar with art. Summarize what is most important and interesting about the artist or designer’s work, being sure to describe their preferred mediums and themes.
