1. General Overview
By submitting this agreement, you confirm your participation in the Affordable Art Fair under the representation of ACG. This collaboration aims to present independent artists in a high-profile, curated environment.

2. Commission on Sales
A fixed 10% commission on all artworks sold during the Affordable Art Fair will be retained by ACG. This amount supports our work organizing the event, handling logistics, and delivering marketing and promotional campaigns to benefit all exhibitors. Another 12% will be donated to Skatteverket / Taxes. The artist will be paid 78% of the sales price within a week after the event.

3. Payment Terms

• 100% of the total exhibition fee must be paid upfront to finalize your booking.
• All art sold payment will be handled by the gallery via their card machine or swish account.

4. Commitment to Artist Satisfaction
Your happiness matters. We aim to create a supportive, honest, and professional environment. If concerns arise, we will work together to find solutions that ensure your experience is positive. ( we have been working with 286 artists since CAExpo+Gallery was established in 2023 )

5. Acknowledgment
By submitting your application and making payment, you acknowledge the above terms and agree to be represented by ACG at the Affordable Art Fair. You understand and accept the commission terms, payment structure, and possible extra costs in a spirit of shared responsibility.

The exhibitor agrees to donate the above information and images as a gift to ACG. The exhibitors consent to the organizer using the above images in the potential catalogue, website, video and social media for promotional purposes.
