1/ Purpose:

The Affiliate is authorized to promote the following services:

• Ticket sales for the C.A.Expo event via Billetto
• Gallery Representation Packages with Book Publication, Online Gallery etc
• C.A.Expo at Kulturhuset (Sept.05, 2026) for visual artists, performers, and workshop hosts

The goal is to connect paying artists, performers, and attendees with the Company via specific application pages.

2/ Commissions & Benefits:

2.1 C.A.E. Ticket Sales Commission = 50%
Affiliate will receive 50% of the value of every 169sek entrance ticket sold via their Smart Billetto link, which will be issued upon signing this agreement. (e.g. 100 tickets = 8,500 SEK )

2.2. Standard Commissions = 20%
Affiliate will receive 20% of the final price of any successful transaction referred by them, including:

• Gallery Representation Packages (e.g. 190 SEK monthly = 190 SEK one time)
• C.A.Expo wall/table/stage bookings (e.g. 6,500 SEK = 1,300 SEK)

2.3 Personal Discount = 20%
If Affiliate chooses to exhibit at C.A.Expo or in the gallery, they receive a 20% discount on the standard price.

3. Referral Process

Affiliate agrees to:

• Guide potential clients to one of these web pages:
  • https//charity-art-gallery.com/get-discovered-expand-your-reach
  • https://charityartexpo.com/become-an-exhibitor/
• Notify the Company by email (or shared list) with the full name of the person referred once the application is submitted.
• Ensure transparency in communication to allow proper commission tracking.

4. Payout Terms

• Commissions will be paid out once the client has completed payment in full.
• Payment to Affiliate will be made via bank transfer monthly (no later than the 10th of each month).
• An invoice from the Affiliate may be requested for each payout.
• The Company will ask Bank details if any sales are made for safe transfer

5. Duration & Renewal

This agreement is valid from the date of signature until an official email from the Affiliate to stop the partnership

6. Independent Status

Affiliate is not an employee but acts as an independent contractor.
No taxes, benefits, or employment obligations will be assumed by the Company.

7. Confidentiality & Ethics

The Affiliate agrees not to misrepresent the Company, pricing, or offers. All client information must be handled confidentially and ethically.
