ABOUT the artists
Olivia Chinapah My name is Olivia Chinapah, I am 44 years old and live and work in Stockholm as an artist, illustrator and visual educator . I have studied visual pedagogy at Umeå University. ba My artistry comes from a fascination to develop artistic styles of various kinds. I am also very interested in other people’s artistry and their development as artists. I am drawn to experimenting with pictorial motifs that bring to mind poetic mystery and dreamlike fairy tales. In my artistry there is a pronounced need to draw and paint characters. It is also where my artistry began; in drawing figures! In fo S pa I am inspired by shapes that are around me, childhood memories and fairy tales of various kinds. In addition, I find great joy and inspiration in looking at the work of other artists. e S I am currently working on illustrating and writing text for a children’s book.
Hedvig Wisselgren My name is Hedvig. I create art, illustrations and children’s books. I drew and painted a lot as a child and never stopped. Among other things, I have studied Informative illustration, Graphic form and project management, as well as Serial drawing and work as an illustrator. I draw and paint with different techniques, both digitally and on paper and create images in different manners, but with a unique style. Some pictures are a little childish, others a little mysterious and some dark and sad. I sell my works as art prints in small editions of a maximum of 5 copies.
