ABOUT the artist
I am a professional artist from Ukraine, having received my education at the University of Kursk, Faculty of Arts, in the former Soviet Union. Throughout my 5-year education, I actively participated in several student exhibitions, honing my skills and refining my artistic vision.
Following the completion of my studies, I returned to my hometown Sumy in Ukraine. There, I embraced a dual role as both an artist and an art teacher. My preferred subject matter revolves around the motif of the city. However, my objective is not merely to replicate the world; rather, I strive to craft my own unique realm.
My artistic journey is a profound exploration of the enigmatic, inviting viewers to judge and interpret the mysteries embedded in my creations. For me, painting is more than an expression; it’s my life, an empire of emotions, and a canvas for my reflections.
My art has garnered admiration not only in Ukraine but also in the broader Western world and North America. Notably, former President Victor Yushenko has been among my esteemed clientele. Since I relocated to Sweden, I’ve joyfully participated in various art events across cities such as Skara, Hjo, Skรถvde, Mariestad, Lidkรถping, and Jรถnkรถping.
Establishing myself in Sweden has opened doors to an increasing number of solo exhibitions, marking significant milestones in my artistic career. The inaugural solo exhibition in Sweden took place in 2012, and I continue to be in demand in Ukraine, where my most recent exhibition was held in 2018.

Nordic Art is located at Birkagatan 28 B in Stockholm. In our 120mยฒ premises, we have a solid art range that suits all tastes. Regardless of whether you are a seasoned art buyer or want to buy your first painting, there is always something for you.
